I have been a licensed Realtor® in the Commonwealth of Virginia, since 2003. I help families buy and sell their homes, lease, and relocate; and help investor clients grow their real estate portfolios… As a believer, husband, father of 2, son, brother, and a real estate agent/investor, I continue to build countless friendships among the clients I meet and work with along the way. This is why, on average, 99% of my transactions are either repeat clients or referrals!

How did it all start? My family and I immigrated to the United States from El Salvador in 1990 and have called Virginia our home since. Growing up in Northern Virginia, as an immigrant, was both exciting and challenging to me and my family. But we knew from the moment we arrived in this country that we were truly blessed—blessed simply by having the opportunity of setting our roots here. My parents lived their American dream when they purchased their first home back in 1995. Then, I knew in my heart that serving in the Real Estate industry was what I was destined to do… to help other families make their American dream a reality, too!
